Owned and operated by husband and wife Shane and Kathryn Noden we have over 8 years of Personal Training experience. Please feel free to have a read of the Testimonials from the people that we have already helped over this time.
We specialise in training busy business professionals, who need the support, motivation and encouragement to help them develop healthy eating habits and consistent exercise patterns.
We offer our One to One and Two to One services exclusively at our Private Personal Training Studio in Haydock, St Helens.

After having my two children I found it very difficult to lose weight. I had tried various diets and ended up putting more weight on that I had lost in the first place. Initially my husband Mike started training with Shane, and after seeing his fitness improve and obvious loss of weight, I decided to give it a go.
